Return of damaged shipments
If the customer has received a physically damaged parcel, or if the parcel is missing contents or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with Post Slovenije. The client may cancel his/her participation in the event in writing no later than 3 days before the start of the event. In this case, the full amount already paid for the event will be refunded.
