This time we round off the series of articles describing the exercises and tips from the Body Reset workshop by detailing the benefits that participants have received.
We will look at all ten building blocks. Through a systematic review, the remarkable synergistic or cumulative effect achieved by combining activities that affect the body and brain centres in different ways or “through different doors” will become more apparent.
Each building block will be accompanied by a short presentation of the key benefits.
1. Building block: Meditation
Meditation is a practice to counteract the intrusion of unwanted thoughts in a natural way, by deeply relaxing the body. It can be experienced on different levels and serves different purposes: to calm us down … to connect with our essence … to release tension and relieve daily stress, and so on.
But the long-term benefits of meditation are far greater:
- Increased ability of the body to heal itself (better ability to regenerate and improved immune function);
- reducing depression and feelings of anxiety;
- an increased sense of relaxation, contentment and emotional balance;
- a deeper contact with the Self and an altered, elevated state of consciousness.
Today, many studies, including those from the most prestigious universities, confirm the undeniable impact of this simple technique. Not only does meditation have a profound effect on the individual, but the action even extends to the surroundings!
One of the more famous experiments – repeated more than 50 times with similar results – is known as the “Maharishi Effect”. Through a scientific approach, it has been proven that if 1% of people meditate, the crime rate in the neighbourhood is drastically reduced. They even conducted an experiment in Washington DC, where the rate of criminal activity dropped by 15% during meditation.

On the other hand, it is encouraging that meditation is becoming a popular relaxation technique, as well as an aid to access creative ideas, in many highly successful companies and influential individuals.
If a few decades ago it was reserved for “weirdos and those who couldn’t do anything else”, today meditation is one of the key tools; in some companies it is even highlighted as a competitive advantage.
In the “Body Reset” workshop, we offer several guided meditations, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners of the technique. The effects are always remarkable, as we create a so-called group energy that not only adds up, but multiplies the effect of the individuals.
2. Building block: Exercise in conjunction with breathing
In the previous article, we looked at the breathing exercise. But breathing can also be combined effectively with other activities. One very good way to do this is through exercise, where the body is further oxygenated by physical exercise.
Exercise combined with specific breathing triggers fresh blood to flow to parts of the body where it did not before. It “lubricates”, optimises and fills these areas with oxygen.
Exercise can prevent most chronic diseases and reduce the number of illnesses, while prolonging life, increasing vitality and reducing health costs in the billions.(Source: British Medical Bulletin)
“Exercise is the only thing that could be categorised as a ‘magic pill’ in the field of achieving strong and long-lasting health effects,” said Dr Frank Hu, an epidemiologist.
We spend a lot of time exercising at all our meetings. With a systematic approach and a steady increase in activity, we ensure that participants not only remember all the exercises, but also repeat them so many times that they do them safely, correctly and with maximum efficiency at home.
3. Building block: Breathing
There are many breathing exercises and techniques, but we have chosen one of the most effective for the Body Reset. It is based on the Eastern technique of Tummo, which means inner fire or fiery breath.
This technique causes oxygen to build up in the body – up to 3 times more – and accelerates the release of carbon dioxide. The production of ATP molecules, which supply energy to the cells, is accelerated and the body is alkalinised. Stress is reduced, fear disappears and we feel more calm. Energy is produced, toxins are eliminated and the nervous, immune and endocrine systems, the blood circulation and the heart are stimulated.
When done correctly, it can also have a direct impact on well-being.
For a more detailed description of the effect of the technique, see the previous article, which also describes a simple exercise you can do at home.
4. Building block: Gradual exposure to temperature challenges

The body is a highly adaptive and intelligent system, constantly striving for optimal operating conditions. For example, in a crisis situation, it can even switch off some of the major energy consumers, saving energy to send to another part of the body that needs it more at the time.
On the other hand, the body also acclimatises very quickly to favourable conditions, using less energy to function. For example, as long as we live in harsh weather conditions, the body regulates body temperature efficiently, providing the internal organs with a suitable environment to function. However, when we move into favourable weather conditions, the body adapts very quickly and shows this by creating a comfort zone in which it wants to keep us.
We feel the latter in such a way that – as long as we live in comfortable conditions with proper heating in winter and properly cooled rooms in summer – we quickly become uncomfortable if we leave these ideal temperature conditions. The aim of body intelligence is to motivate us to get back as soon as possible. Or, to put it more simply, we get hot very quickly in summer and cold very quickly in winter – forcing the body to return to a suitable temperature environment. (This allows the body to avoid expending extra energy to maintain an ideal body temperature.)
Unfortunately, this does not exploit some of the enormous potential available to us if we maintain temperature tolerance.
As your body is gradually exposed to temperature challenges, the following happens:
- cortisol and adrenaline levels rise, reducing the number of inflammatory cytokine proteins. This means a strengthened immune system;
- metabolism is improved by up to 300%;
- more white blood cells (which fight inflammation) are created, which also boosts the immune system;
- Brown fat is activated, which generates heat; fatty acid levels are reduced, making it (easy) to lose weight;
- reactivate and blood vessels, relieving the strain on the heart (up to 30 fewer beats per minute!);
- when the cardiovascular system is strengthened, we are no longer moved by the cold, because the blood vessels shrink smoothly and the heat stays in the body. In summer, the opposite is true.
5. Building block: Juices and hydration
Fortunately, so much has been written, said and, above all, proven in practice about the benefits of drinking freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices that almost everyone knows at least the main benefits. However, few people realise the full potential of properly prepared juices, consumed in measured quantities at the right times. (Yes, even juice drinking has become a science…).
Consuming freshly squeezed organic juices according to a specific recipe and instructions brings us many benefits, such as:
- supplying cells with all the nutrients they need – we “flood” the body with vitamins, minerals, plant proteins and enzymes in their living, active form;
- detoxifying the body, noticeable liver cleansing, electrolyte balance and restoration of intestinal flora;
- the high oxygen content allows the body to regenerate or repair itself;
- we receive high-quality additional energy;
- Drinking juices reduces addictions – to cigarettes, coffee, food, drugs …;
- Drinking clean water is also important, as it contributes significantly to improved body processes, cleansing and better health. There are many cases where people have been cured simply by increasing their intake of clean, healthy water.
6. Building block (Part 1): Nutrition

Medical sources suggest that dietary changes alone could reduce at least a third of cancers – other sources put the figure even higher, at 50-60% – as well as many other health problems.
At the same time, food is also one of the most thankless areas when it comes to harnessing potential. There are countless diets with different purposes. Each of them swears by its extraordinary effects … which is sometimes true for some people, but not others.
My history of finding the optimal diet goes back to my professional sports days, when I tried just about everything. I quickly realised that food really does help to shape the body, but I had never found it to be an effective tool to improve youthfulness and vitality. Until I became seriously ill, when I was forced to make radical changes …
It was then that I came across the advice of Dr Max Gerson, which formed the framework of my therapy to recovery. I still follow his diet today, and at the workshop we learn the key basics. For the most enthusiastic participants, there is also a complete protocol which they can learn if they wish. (However, the results that participants usually achieve are not based on the Gerson protocol – which is very strict – but on a loose version of Max Gerson’s advice. Even at that, the effects or results are more than excellent!)
However, nutrition does not start on the plate, but in the head. The way we eat and the decision to eat a specific diet is not a cause but a consequence; many times we eat not out of need (hunger) but out of habit, taste craving or addiction.
If you want to do something about your diet yourself, you can follow these simple tips:
- First stage of dietary change: limiting the intake of bad foods (processed foods, sugar, salt, white flour, etc.);
- Second stage of dietary change: eating organic food;
- The third stage of dietary change: selected menus and the right combination of organic foods.
When we reach the third stage, the incredible potential of eating a selected combination of foods prepared as naturally as possible becomes apparent. The effects include:
- the body receives quality “information” and building blocks;
- A combination of (organic) vitamins, enzymes, minerals and trace elements that work in synergy to provide the depleted human body with valuable nutrients. This is the solution to the main problem of modern nutrition – cellular malnutrition and poisoning;
- Fibre in raw, uncooked and unprocessed vegetables and fruit acts as a “gut broom”;
- detoxification;
- excellent digestion and easier bowel movements;
- lightness and vitality;
- a change in pattern (monitoring – awareness) and a change in perception: I eat not for taste or for well-being, but to provide my body with optimal raw materials (building blocks);
- increasing awareness, respect and also gratitude towards food, Life …
6. Building block (Part 2): Fasting
Fasting is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years to cleanse the body, mind and spirit. When we do not eat, the body does not use energy for digestion, but instead uses it for “internal tidying up”: rebuilding and repairing damaged body building blocks and problem areas.
With each day of Lent, we penetrate deeper into the sediments of waste, layer by layer. Lent is divided into two groups:
- fasting with water (without consuming any nutrients),
- fasting with nutritious fluids (juices, soups, etc.).
Fasting brings us a whole range of benefits:
- cleaning up old build-up,
- deep detoxification,
- regeneration of the body,
- increased courage and energy for life,
- better energy flow,
- internal order is established,
- feeling better and boosting your mood,
- Spiritual and mental growth (expansion of consciousness),
- the body eliminates waste and clutter, even from the subconscious,
- better functioning of the mind,
- a sense of inner fulfilment,
- improving memory,
- reducing health symptoms,
- diseases can be cured,
- pain is reduced,
- “natural psychotherapy”.
Participants try a one-day fast where they consume only juices during the day. These provide them with enough nutrients to keep them hungry and to give them enough energy, even if they choose to fast on a weekday.
Of course, we fast at a specific time when we have mastered the preparation of juices.
7. Building block: Detoxification

Detoxifying from time to time is a necessary practice if we want to maintain a healthy body and a clear mind. There are many ways to detoxify – from the most gentle (breathing exercises, drinking teas, taking tinctures or food supplements, etc.) to more intensive ones such as special rituals to actively eliminate toxins.
IMPORTANT: With a healthy lifestyle, the body starts to eliminate accumulated and even toxic substances that can get “trapped” in the internal organs, especially the liver. It is therefore crucial to actively detoxify the body alongside other positive approaches.
In the “Body Reset” workshop, we learn how to implement a specific protocol. The benefits can be enormous:
- deep detoxification of the body;
- pain relief: immediate effects are seen in most headaches, migraines, toothaches, etc;
- cleaning up waste materials, including parasites that have accumulated in the body and intestines over years of modern diet;
- by cleaning up “waste” on a non-physical level, it is easier to get rid of the problem on a mental level too;
- the immune system is relieved and strengthened;
- energise body and mind;
- better sleep;
- Increased sense of body care: a special time dedicated to loving care of the body or relaxing the body and mind.
In addition, a combination of several building blocks – notably drinking organic juices, eating specially formulated foods and detoxifying – offers even greater results:
- the effect extends even to the brain and central nervous system;
- fertility may increase. It is known that through all the poisons in food and water, men are literally chemically castrated. Once the body is nourished and detoxified, it becomes more fertile. Many a couple has had a child after this type of therapy, even though they had tried unsuccessfully for years or even decades beforehand to conceive;
- much more (calm, not adrenaline) energy;
- reducing addiction;
- better vision, hearing, smell, taste;
- greater inner peace, relaxation, serenity, clarity of thought, creativity, gratitude and awareness of the grace of Life.
8. Gardening, contact with nature and sunbathing, Part 1: “Earthing” or grounding
The body is constantly generating reactive oxygen compounds – free radicals. These destroy foreign substances in the body, such as bacteria and viruses. Too many free radicals have a negative effect on health. They have been linked to many chronic diseases and ageing.
Grounding is contact with the Earth’s natural electrical energy, through the delivery of the Earth’s energy into the body via materials that conduct electricity.
In this context:
- detoxifies the body;
- electrons thin the blood;
- circulation is improved, preventing clogged arteries, strokes and heart attacks;
- millions of electrons intercept free radicals;
- a person’s cardiological picture improves in just two seconds.
The earthing exercise is carried out in combination with other building blocks and does not require any additional time.
9. The builder, contact with nature and sunbathing, Part 2: Sunbathing

Moderate sun exposure gives us enough vitamin D, which is essential for many vital processes in the body, because if we don’t have enough vitamin D, the genes that protect our health cannot be activated.
The sun is said to protect us from 17 cancers, improve pancreatic function, prevent diabetes, help with weight loss, have a positive effect on sleep, contribute to increased energy levels, significantly lower high blood pressure, above average blood sugar and cholesterol, increase the number of white blood cells (lymphocytes) in the blood to boost the body’s immune defences, and the list goes on and on.
To avoid the problems that harmful UV rays can bring, it is important to follow healthy sunbathing tips.
For more information on the benefits of sunbathing, see the second article in this series.
10. Building block (Part 1): Sleep
In the “Body Reset” workshop, we also put a lot of emphasis on de-stressing and recovery. One of the key elements for a good performance is a restorative sleep.
During sleep, the body and mind are thoroughly rested. During the sound sleep phase, breathing calms down and becomes more even. Blood pressure and heart rate drop by around 20% to 30% and the brain’s frequency of activity is greatly reduced.
The deep sleep phase serves biological processes in the body that are linked to energy restoration. At the beginning of this phase, the pituitary gland secretes a larger amount of growth hormone, which stimulates tissue growth and repair. During the deep sleep phase, the immune system is also activated and fights disease.
If you don’t get enough and regular sleep, more or less serious problems can occur. Fortunately, there are many simple techniques and tips to help you sleep longer and more soundly.
The workshop provides participants with a number of techniques and tips to help them get a better night’s sleep. In addition, implementing some of the other building blocks automatically makes us sleep more soundly and for longer.
10. Building block (Part 2): Rest
If we take time to rest regularly, our concentration will be better, we will be less tired and we will be able to do our work for longer. Finally, our health and well-being can be much better.
Combine different types, forms and lengths of rest for optimal effect:
- frequent relaxation for a few tens of seconds or minutes when stress increases (breathing, calming, visualisation, etc.);
- a short break after a few intense hours of work;
- rest at the end of the working day or an afternoon break;
- longer rest periods at weekends;
- occasional more intensive “disconnection” (e.g. by travelling).
Rest is first and foremost a decision. Knowing that the result is often the result of rest, not just work, makes it easier to take a few moments to relax.
Conclusion

So this was a quick introduction to the building blocks that participants learn in the Body Reset workshop. As it is a series of five face-to-face sessions lasting between three and five hours, the workshop is not just based on tips and theory, but on execution.
Meetings are held at weekends or on weekends, allowing participants to gradually learn new skills on their days off. Every Tuesday after the workshop, we hold a “virtual meeting” or videoconference to share experiences in introducing new skills, answer questions and provide additional motivation to keep going.
We are extremely pleased that this combination has proved to be a winner. We have a success rate of over 99% (meaning that all but one participant was satisfied with the programme and it at least met their expectations), with 100% of participants writing a positive testimonial about the programme.
It is probably the only programme in the world with such a high success rate and with 100% transparency – we are not hiding anyone’s opinion.
At the same time, please note that this is not a healing workshop. It is about implementing specific protocols that relieve the body, detoxify it, nourish it at the cellular level and trigger some mechanisms that have been untapped. . Sometimes this can result in better health or a reduction or elimination of various symptoms, but we cannot promise this.
It is our firm belief that once a participant has mastered all the building blocks, he or she does not need another workshop to seek improved functioning of the body’s processes. After all, we are also constantly monitoring developments in this field and if we come across a new building block that proves to be crucial, we will introduce it to the existing participants and include it in the protocol.
Because even after the workshop, you are not on your own. We organise regular meetings to refresh and deepen our knowledge and exchange experiences. Above all, these meetings serve as an additional motivation and confirmation that you are on the right track.
If you have found yourself in our articles and want to stop looking for what would be best for you, you are cordially invited to “Body Reset”! We promise you a great adventure and deep knowledge that will serve you for many years to come.
In fact, another of the key benefits of participation is long-term motivation. Most participants do the building blocks practically all the time – even if it takes more time than just a few minutes a day. This only confirms the fact that the approaches work! (Who would keep doing things for years if they didn’t work?!)
We have more than 25 signed and photographed participant testimonies on the website, representing about a quarter of all those who have gone through the programme so far. As you will read, all the testimonies are outstanding. We are extremely proud of the participants, and we are especially delighted to hear their stories again each day as they come to us. ( We also meet former participants daily in a closed Facebook group, which I moderate. This means that you also have daily access to me after the workshop.)
Thank you for following this series of articles. Let me conclude with the thoughts of one of the former participants. Blaž Jovan is a hearty man from Soca who attended the Body Reset workshop more than two years ago. Immediately after the workshop he wrote his testimony, which he expanded on some time ago.
His words capture the heart and soul of the participants, and I find them very appropriate to present the overall picture:
“It was only after the workshop that it became clear to me how big a deal this is. It was all hinted at in the meetings, but the real thing comes when you start to do it yourself and feel it. I have to admit that my mind got in the way at times in the beginning and suggested ‘nonsense’, but I stuck to the agreed protocols – because I knew for sure that this was it.
The workshop topics were great. Everything that is talked about is imbued with one’s own experience; it means everything and it is felt. There is no thought or anything at all, because the confirmation comes from oneself.
Otherwise: breathing, exercise and cold showers – the law! I feel as if I am being resurrected or awakened from some slumber. I realise that just ‘being’ is great and I am eternally grateful for that.
In the afternoon, when I get home from work, it’s juices and then detox. It’s all very well established and if I couldn’t get something done daily, I would feel like I was missing something.
In short, I continue with the programme and without the building blocks, the day is not possible at all. The body is responding great to the exercise and the elasticity is almost unbelievable, considering the state before the workshop. But I still have big plans. 😉
It has also opened up a lot for me on a personal level. I accept myself with all my good and bad qualities. I see – and I have tested in practice – that I can do and achieve whatever I want, but the goal has to be clear and the intention has to be firm.
Otherwise, my sleep has improved a lot, my stress has decreased a lot, and I am much more able to relax and enjoy myself. I absolutely recommend the workshop …
PS: I am sending an additional report. It is now more than two years after the workshop. And this pile of reports will grow as long as I breathe. “
Thank you, Blaž!
I wish you, through the Body Reset workshop or otherwise, to find your happiness. Unfortunately, it is the case that our body has to serve us. Follow the tips of healthy living, be grateful to your body and give it not only the right care, but also loving care and rest.
And don’ t forget your mind and soul. A healthy body without a spark of joy in the heart and without peace in the soul does not guarantee us “the fulfilment of a personal legend”, as Paulo Coelho called it in “The Alchemist”.
Or, as I like to say, become the prototype of a happy person, making not only yourself happy, but also those around you.
Good luck!
