1. What is Body Reset and how is it different from other programmes?

“Body Reset” is a complete, lifelong programme to boost energy and maintain youth and vitality. Participants learn all the necessary exercises and techniques in specially prepared workshops, and then do the exercises and guidance themselves at home.

It involves working on the body and the mind, through the ten building blocks. (Read more about the building blocks here.) Participants learn how to do the building blocks in five live sessions, which take place at weekends and last between three and five hours. The emphasis is on practical implementation and everyone who goes through the workshop learns to implement the building blocks independently.

After the first four meetings, a videoconference is held each time (on Tuesday evenings) to consolidate the exercises and knowledge from the meeting, answer questions, make any corrections and reinforce the motivation to do the building blocks on your own.

It is expected that the individual will continue to do the exercises after the workshop, because Body Reset is such a comprehensive programme that we believe that after the workshop, the participants do not need any other workshop to teach them how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is confirmed by the many testimonies of past participants.

We are also very proud of the results, with a success rate of over 99%. We have positive testimonials from 100% of the participants. (Even one participant, who wrote after the programme that Body Reset had not fully met her expectations, automatically wrote to us to say that she is still doing the building blocks regularly, several years after the workshop, and that “Body Reset is the law.”)

In short, Body Reset is designed to be the last workshop you need to maintain your youth and vitality. Please note, however, that this is not a programme to address health symptoms and we do not accept more severe patients.

2. Why would someone want to attend the workshop or what can they expect from it?

The workshop is for participants who are ready to work seriously on themselves. It brings a whole range of amazing benefits that cannot be promised, as every body is different. In addition, each person has a different health history, so the exercises may affect each individual differently. But you will definitely increase discipline, self-control, improve your self-image, learn to stand up for yourself… These are “by-products” or effects that are not directly related to youthfulness and vitality – but they are very important!

3. What can you guarantee?

We can guarantee you top quality performance with a qualified instructor and work according to the programme. You will have some breakthrough results in your breathing in the first session – well, at least 100% of the participants have so far, but we can’t guarantee it. (If you had a specific disability, for example, you might not have experienced it.)

We also guarantee that we will work with you as hard as probably anyone has ever worked with you before, and that you will fully master the ten building blocks. You will meet wonderful people, you will get a partner with whom you will be in daily contact and you will get a different perspective on yourself and on the world.

Again, we write this from experience, but we cannot guarantee the effects. We can only guarantee the implementation of the processes.

4. I have a serious health problem. Will Body Reset help me?

If you have a serious or chronic illness, we regret that we cannot even see you. Each participant signs a declaration before the start confirming that they are not seriously ill. This is to protect ourselves against anyone who may conceal their serious health condition and then, due to the current increased energy demand of the exercises, experience a deterioration – which no one wants.

The body needs a lot of energy when doing the building blocks, and if you have a serious health condition, you cannot risk your body using it to perform exercises instead of healing.

5. Why does it say to consult a doctor before applying? Do I need a certificate from him/her?

Your doctor is the person who knows best how your body works, your medical history and your physical limitations. He or she is the only one qualified to give a relevant opinion on any change you are about to make to your body. For example, if you are embarking on a diet, it is useful to consult your doctor first.

After all, even if you start taking food supplements (vitamins, etc.), you should consult your doctor first…

We therefore suggest that each participant familiarises the doctor with the implementation of the building blocks. What does this achieve? If the person informs the doctor and the doctor agrees to the implementation, the responsibility, should anything theoretically go wrong, lies with the doctor. If the participant does not consult the doctor beforehand, he/she assumes all responsibility.

This means that we will not ask you for any confirmation from your doctor, nor will we ask you whether you have consulted your doctor about your participation.

In short, we want to make you aware of all the options available to you so that you are as free as possible and feel really comfortable and free of any doubts before you start.

6. How does the “Body Reset” work and what does it involve?

The workshop runs over four working sessions plus a final closing session. All last between three and five hours. They are usually held on Friday or Saturday afternoons. (Exceptions can be made – see the official website for current dates available.)

The workshops take place somewhere in the centre of Slovenia, in selected locations in nature. They consist of a theoretical part and exercises. In each of the first four sessions, we work on a few building blocks with specially studied dynamics; that is, so that we don’t overload you and so that the exercises fit together nicely. You will learn to perform all the building blocks to the point where you can then do them yourself at home. You will also receive brochures at the meetings describing the building blocks and further explaining how to do them and all the benefits.

This is why the meeting takes place before or during the weekend – to give you time to put the new exercises and tips into practice on your own during your days off. A few days after the meeting, on Tuesday evening, there is a videoconference (live meeting via the internet). The purpose of this is to check how well you have done with the exercises, if there are any blockages, etc. Then you have until the end of the week or until the next meeting to do the exercises every day and learn enough so that we can add new ones at the next meeting.

The whole programme is very strategically designed and “down to the last detail”, to quote the participants. We have planned with participants with no previous experience in mind, which means that you will be able to learn the exercises even if you have never done any of them before.

Motivational elements are also built into the meetings to encourage participants to do the exercises. In short, we have catered for everyone. It’s up to you to register, drive to the locations on the days you choose, follow the video conferences and follow the clear and simple instructions.

After the workshop, you will also receive a neat certificate proving that you have successfully completed the “Body Reset.

To summarise – Body Reset includes the following: 5x face-to-face meetings (3-5 hours), 4x videoconferences (around 1 hour or as needed; depending on the number of questions), recordings of the videoconferences, ongoing, daily support via email (answering questions) or web portal, collaboration with a programme partner, 4 PDF booklets describing all 10 building blocks, certificate or official certificate of participation in the programme.

7. What happens if I am unable to attend a meeting or have to cancel a workshop?

We have had cases like this before. If for some serious reason you are no longer able to attend the meetings, you will be suspended from the programme and will join the next group where you left off. For example, if you have “done” three meetings (and are two meetings short of completion), you will wait for the next workshop to be announced and join the group at the fourth meeting.

If you should miss just one meeting, you will discuss it with the on-site instructor and together you will find a solution.

We strongly recommend that you do all the meetings at once or in one piece/sequence if possible. If you know in advance that you will not be able to complete the programme, we suggest that you sign up for the next group instead.

As for monitoring Tuesday’s videoconferences, it is easier as they will all be recorded and you will be able to watch the recordings at any time afterwards. In short, attendance at the meetings is compulsory, but you can replace watching the videoconference by watching the recording (although we recommend watching it live so that you can ask questions and get an immediate answer; well, there is a solution for that too – you can send your questions in advance and see the answers in the recording).

IMPORTANT: keep in mind that you will not only need time to attend the meetings, but also to do the exercises on a daily basis. For example, if you will be travelling for work during the week and will be returning home for the weekend when the workshop is scheduled, we suggest that you postpone your participation until a later date.

And this: New things are best learnt by following a pattern or habit; that is, doing them in the same place at the same time. You will find it easiest to practise in your home environment. You will probably find it a bit cumbersome at first, but then it will get easier each day. Keep this in mind. After all, you will also need certain accessories, e.g. a snail juicer and a water purification system.

8. What happens after the workshop? Is that all I get?

The last session will prepare you for working independently. This means that after the workshop you will do all the exercises on your own.

Our meetings will not end here, as you will have two options: a closed Facebook group (free), where all previous participants meet and exchange experiences, moderated by Boris.

We also organise regular meetings to consolidate knowledge, simplify exercises, build on experience, exchange useful tips and so on.

Meetings are held at least once a year. They last for one day (or from afternoon to night) and are highly recommended for all. They also renew motivation and provide new inspiration. It is precisely because we want participants to continue with the exercises – the results speak for themselves – that the price for attending these meetings is symbolic.

9. How much does a Body Reset cost and how can I pay?

The price is written on the programme page and includes five face-to-face meetings, four videoconferences, written materials (four comprehensive brochures covering everything we do in the workshops and more), working with a partner, working with a trainer, ongoing support throughout the programme and a certificate of participation.

10. How is the registration and payment dynamic?

The payment dynamics depend on how far in advance you register for the workshop or the first meeting. In principle, it works like this.

Once you have decided to participate, please register. There is no obligation to pay anything at the time of registration, but registration is considered as a reservation in principle.

You will pay us a deposit within one week of check-in to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: This amount is non-refundable, so we suggest you think carefully before registering and check all dates, especially for live meetings.

Of course, you can also pay an advance payment immediately upon registration to guarantee your place at the workshop. (If you only register and then do not pay the advance payment within a week, we reserve the right to assign your place to someone else in the event of full occupancy.)

The advance payment will be deducted from the final amount of the workshop.

You will pay the balance within one week before the start of the workshop or before the first meeting.

If you register right before the deadline, the payment dynamics will change. For example, if you register just a few days before the start of the first meeting, the full amount or the full first instalment will be due immediately. Of course, you can contact us to discuss the details, but also if you have any special requests.

11. What do I need to bring to the meeting? How should I dress? What exactly will we do at the meetings?

Before the meeting, you will receive a welcome email, which will tell you exactly how the meeting is organised, what you need to bring (nothing special, except a gym mat), what to wear, where you will park, etc.

Quickly: we will also be exercising at the meetings, so come dressed for sport. If the weather is nice, the meetings will (also) take place outside, otherwise in the lecture hall. You can bring water and things that you would otherwise take to a meeting or on a trip that would take three to five hours. Above all, don’t worry too much – the key is to arrive on time and in good spirits.

12. What tools will I need to complete the building blocks? How much do they cost?

The building blocks include a variety of exercises and approaches. These include preparing healthy food and drinks, for which you will need a “slow juicer”. Prices start from around €100 if you come across a special offer. This juicer is already good enough to give you satisfactory results. However, there are also better quality models available that cost several times more (depending on the supplier).

But don’t worry. We’ll give you a list of where you can buy these gadgets, and we’ll try to get you some discount on the regular price. Sometimes – depending on the provider – it is also possible to rent the devices (but we definitely recommend that you buy them, as you will need them after the meetings are over).

You will also need a device to purify the water thoroughly – either a distiller or a reverse osmosis system. The latter – a very successful overcounter model that even works without electricity – is available from €220.

You will need a special “bag” for detoxification, which costs around €10. Organic food and vegetables may also be an option, if you are not already buying them.

But that’s as far as the extra costs go.

13. How long will it take me to do the exercises?

Probably a bit more at the beginning – you can hardly count under half an hour – but then less and less. By the latter, we mean that you will integrate exercise into your lifestyle so much that you will no longer see it as extra time. In addition, you will be able to combine many of the building blocks and you will learn to make the most of your time.

Some exercises will take no time at all because they will be integrated into your daily activities. For example, if you prepare organic food, it will take no more time than if you were to prepare it normally. Or: if you go for a walk and do some building block while you walk – or if you do a quick jog at the end of the walk instead of sitting down somewhere – it won’t take you any extra time either.

In any case, be prepared for change. Especially the ones in your head; once you’ve decided and unconditionally accepted the Body Reset as a regular daily routine or a new lifestyle, everything will be easy. (In other words, once you stop resisting, stop looking for shortcuts and stop wondering if there’s another way you could have done things, everything falls into place. Resistance and unnecessary thinking is what takes most of our time and energy, not doing the exercises. 😉

14. I want to attend a workshop, but no date works for me …

15. I would apply together with my partner. Does the family member who registers with me get any discount?

Yes! All family members get a 25% discount if they attend the workshop on the same date. If they attend the workshop on a different date, they still get 10% discount.

16. Is it possible to register the whole group for the Body Reset?

Of course, but we need to coordinate separately. Please note that the maximum number of participants is 15 (or 18 if it’s a real emergency). Contact us at info@profundum.si for more information.

SUGGESTION: It is better to choose a completely new date to register your group, as this means that you will have all the places available. Of course – if you register a smaller group of people, say between 3 and 5, you will be joining the dates advertised.

17. Is it possible to run a workshop for only one participant?

We have already done this for one of our top athletes (you can read his testimonial here, bottom half of the page – look for the photo of the cyclist).

This workshop is called “Body Reset Custom” and is designed for one participant only, to whom the instructor adapts completely. However, we would like to stress that the programme remains the same – five meetings, four video conferences (which can be replaced by face-to-face or telephone meetings by prior arrangement) and the implementation of all ten building blocks.

In short, even if you go through the programme as an individual, you will end up with everything that the other participants will receive, with an emphasis on any specific preferences you may have and minimal individual adjustments.

Another advantage of “Body Reset Custom” is the greater flexibility in meeting dates and times. (You can combine different days and times.)
